If I need to change my bank account details for the Caring Neighborhood Fund, what should I do?
Please bring the following documents to the Caring Neighborhood Fund Section of the Administrative Office under the Township Office, and apply for change of bank account details:
1. Household Registration Transcript or Household Certificate (containing information on an applicant and the household head)
2. A photocopy of Mailiao Township Farmers’ Association passbook (If the fund is not to be transferred to an applicant’s account, please bring the ID card and stamp of the fund receiver.)
3. The stamp of an applicant (An applicant aged under 20 should bring the stamp of his/her legal representative.)
4. The stamp and ID card of the person being authorized (when the application is not made by an applicant himself/herself.)
